Returns & Refunds

48-hour window. All damage claims, missing items, and return requests must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. This is a hard deadline — we cannot process claims reported after this window.

01 General Policy

Due to the specialized nature of the products we sell — precision optics, night vision, electronics, and firearms accessories — all sales are generally final. We accept returns only in limited circumstances as described below.

We operate as a dropship retailer, meaning orders ship directly from our wholesale distributors. Their return conditions govern what we are able to accept on your behalf.

02 When We Accept Returns

✓ Accepted

  • Item arrived visibly damaged
  • Item is defective out of the box
  • We shipped the wrong item

✕ Not Accepted

  • Change of mind / buyer's remorse
  • Item has been opened or used
  • Damaged or missing original packaging
  • Writing, tape, or marks on the box
  • Firearms or ammunition

Items must be in original, unopened, factory-sealed condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact to be eligible for return.

03 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email returns@hilditech.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged.
  2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not ship anything back without written authorization from us. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  3. Ship the item back in original condition. Use the original packaging. Do not write on the box, apply tape directly to manufacturer packaging, or remove any labels or accessories.
  4. Receive your resolution. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable.

04 Return Shipping

Return shipping labels are provided at our expense only when the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a confirmed shipping damage claim. In all other cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

05 Restocking Fees

Returns approved at our discretion for reasons other than our error may be subject to a restocking fee. This reflects fees passed through by our distributors and is not optional.

06 Warranty & Defective Products

HildiTech is not a warranty repair station. We do not service, repair, or modify products on your behalf.

All products sold on this site are covered only by the manufacturer's own warranty, where one is provided. For warranty service, contact the manufacturer directly or their authorized service centers. We are happy to help you locate the correct manufacturer contact if needed.
